To all the mothers and mothers-to-be out there, Happy Mother's Day! And to those for whom today brings memories of a mother, child or friend lovingly missed, kind thoughts are with you, too...

(Edited to add a link to a lovely gift for a Sunday morning, courtesy of the very kind my4frogs--enjoy fan video of Bucky Covington singing "I'll Walk" during his concert in North Carolina last week, along with "I'm Good" and "Carolina Blue" from the same show. Huge thanks to my4frogs for sharing these clips!)

The Sunday a.m. charts are now posted, and Bucky's #19 on the Mediabase weighted chart and #20 on the Top 500. The CMT Pure 12-Pack and GAC Top Twenty voting pages are open for business, as always. And "A Different World" makes a great Mother's Day dedication! Request it at your local country station, and send it out to Mom...

Updated 9:25 p.m. ET--looks like "A Different World" has made a leap this evening--it's now #18 on the Mediabase weighted chart and #19 on the Top 500. Congratulations, Bucky! (And thanks to Buckyflowers for sharing the news.)

Also today, Kix Brooks gave Bucky and Rocky a fun shout-out of sorts during this week's American Country Countdown, sharing a story in which Bucky's talented labelmate Sarah Buxton accidentally greeted Rocky as Bucky...twice. (Rocky's laughing reply, according to Kix: "Nope...I'm still Rocky.")

And Sunscreen of Bucky Truck Stop fame shared a new countdown she happened upon today--Bucky was #12 on the Power Source Top 20, which is described as a "countdown format of music that includes inspirational and Christian country songs that contain a message of faith, family, and country." The host had nice things to say about "A Different World", calling it "a reflection on the different times we live in". (Thanks, Sunscreen!)

We're on the lookout for photos and memories from Bucky's Seattle shows with Neal McCoy last night; there's already a fun mini-recap posted at the Fox boards, a great blog entry from a concertgoer in Washington (complete with a cute photo), and it looks like more will be on the way. (Congratulations, West Coast fans--sounds like you had a fantastic evening!)

More very soon--see you later!

I was a the Auburn show, too!
The 9 oclock , and it was great!. I wrote
a little recap on the boards at Bucky's site.

Tracy - were you the girl we met with your friend , after Bucky's set who had just run into Bucky ? We tried the buses, and then ran into you again? I have dark hair, and was with a petite
friend, and we left at the same time you did.
    Excited to see those pics!
