Tuesday news: Regis and Kelly, a new "World", and congratulations to Elliott!

Bucky Covington in a brand-new promo photo from a recent photoshoot; visit his MySpace to see more. Bucky's new music video is now available for online viewing at CMT.com and Yahoo Music. You can pre-order Bucky's debut CD at Amazon, Best Buy and Target, hear the full version of his single "A Different World" at CMT, or enjoy samples of four songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. An autographed copy of Bucky Covington can be pre-ordered at his official site or via his official fan club.

It's been almost literally too quiet for words; that'll change tomorrow, when Bucky hits Live with Regis and Kelly and performs "A Different World" on network television for the very first time. But today's Regis and Kelly is a must-see, too--Bucky's friend Elliott Yamin will celebrate the release of his debut album with a performance on the show this morning. Congratulations to Elliott and his many fans! Amazon has us Bucky-and-Elliott fans covered; as of this hour, they're offering Bucky's and Elliott's CDs as a "Better Together" set with free shipping. And there's even more musical goodness on R&K later in the week--Bucky's labelmate Josh Gracin performs on Thursday. Keep those snacks handy and spend a few mornings with Bucky and friends!

Several of Bucky's New York-based fans are hoping to be in the audience for his Wednesday performance; keep an eye out for recaps at the American Idol boards and at CMT.com. (And naturally, if/when photos or reviews pop up I'll post the links right here...)

Looking ahead a little, it's never too soon to make travel plans for a hot destination; Bucky's first CMA Fest (formerly Fan Fair) is right around the corner, and his June 7th performance on the Daytime Stages at Riverfront Park is the show to see.
