That Amazon deal reminds me of that awful Vote site last year that would eliminate all of Bucky's votes periodically.

I hope Amazon fixes Bucky's rank. He had 2 cds for order. Now he has only 1. Before they deleated the "Bucky" cd his rank was at 1100ish. Now he sits at a whopping 84,000. Yikes. Your link also for amazon no longer works. Since that was the one they deleated. Oh and YEA for GMA. Hope that helps him out.

  5. Thanks, Anon! I'm sure they're working on it--seems like there have been lots of glitches lately, but hopefully they'll get it all sorted out. And I appreciate the heads-up on the Amazon link--I'll change that over now! :)

This was from a Taylor fan on the AI board on a Bucky thread:OMG you guys, I just got back from seeing Bucky. What a doll! My new friend.

For a free concert he played for over an hour. And he had the amps hooked up too. He was just having a ball. He walked around and mingled while AI was on, but not for too long cause he was taping his segment for tomorrow's GMA first. Then he got on stage and must've sang at least a dozen songs....his new single, Suspicious Minds, Hometown, Sweet Home Alabama are the ones I remember offhand.

He signed more autographs and took pictures after the show. I musta made an impression, cause I got pics with him during the mingling and he signed my Taylor shirt. I had my arm around him and vice-versa. I was just talking away to him like an old friend.

He said to tell you guys you are all great and he loves you. To please by his new CD. I asked if he reads his threads here on the board, but he said he doesn't have his laptop with him and hasn't been keeping up.

I bought a Bucky t-shirt too. I'll put some pics in my profile tomorrow. I got pics of the bus, it is just a big silver bus, nothing on it.

He also said he has Taylor's CD.

  8. Anon, thanks so much and I am really glad you brought that recap over--sounds like it was a fantastic time! Bucky is certainly winning some new fans out on the road...good for him, and good for the listeners who get to enjoy his music! I hope they'll all "please buy his CD". :)

Hi, Bunny! The show was in Youngstown Ohio--it was an American Idol viewing party/concert, and it was only publicized on the sponsoring station, which we barely get in my area. (Broke my heart to find out too late that Bucky was singing so close to my hometown tonight. Wish I'd known sooner--I'd have been there!)

  10. Anon 7:07, hi and I remember that site, too! That was discouraging--after a while there was no point in voting. Hopefully Amazon will be a bit more reliable now that they have the right album title and number.

And Icyfire, my pleasure--this should be fun! Wonder what sort of "style" changes they''ll be discussing on the Good Morning America piece...
