Just back from Circuit City...

Bucky Covington talks about his upcoming album, his experiences before and after Idol, and much more in this Circuit City exclusive interview DVD, available in stores now with the purchase of Tim McGraw's Let It Go CD. Bucky's new music video is available for online viewing at CMT.com and Yahoo Music. You can pre-order Bucky's debut CD at Amazon, Best Buy and Target, hear the full version of his single "A Different World" at CMT, or enjoy samples of four songs from the CD at Bucky's official MySpace. An autographed copy of Bucky Covington can be pre-ordered at his official site or via his official fan club.

Haven't had a chance to hit your local Circuit City this morning and snag Tim McGraw's latest? Be sure to do it soon--the Bucky Covington interview DVD that comes free with Tim's Let It Go is an absolute must-see. On the set of the video for "A Different World", a sunlit and windblown Bucky talks about how he fell in love with the song and gives video director Trey Fanjoy and producer Mark Miller much praise and appreciation. Bucky also shares a joke and some smiles with the extremely charming J.D., who plays retro-Bucky in the music video. (I predict that there'll be a J.D. Mania fan blog for this cute young actor someday--you heard it here first...)

There's a fantastic quick-cut montage set to "American Friday Night" toward the end of the seven minute DVD--lots of fun "behind the scenes" glimpses that you won't see anywhere else. And of course, Bucky talks about his upcoming album, due April 17--sounds like both he and we are looking forward to a solid, enjoyable CD you can put on and enjoy all the way through. Counting down the days, y'all..

If you'd like to see some rare still photos from Bucky's CD cover and video photo shoots, hop over to the "Fans" section at Bucky's official site--and while you're there, consider joining the street team (free) or the Bucky Covington Fan Club (several resaonably-priced options, with T-shirts, autographed CDs and more to sweeten the deal). Sign up, log in and enjoy!

More soon...
