It's CRS week...

It's that time again--the Country Radio Seminar hits Nashville starting this morning and ending on March 2nd. Bucky's very first CRS begins bright and early this morning with a performance at an invitation-only breakfast seminar at the Country Music Hall of Fame; he'll also be at the Artists Radio Taping Sessions this afternoon, among many other events in the works. And of course, he'll be performing at the "Live from CRS-38" showcase at the Wildhorse Saloon Thursday evening with Emerson Drive, Donovan Chapman, Jerrod Niemann, Jamie Lee Thurston, Lantana, Rhonda Towns and Burrito Deluxe--this event is open to the public, but it's also a pretty hot ticket, so grab yours as soon as possible!

What else is happening? Bucky and the rest of the artists at CRS will be very busy talking, singing, networking, and --if we're lucky--smiling for the cameras. Here are a few places to check during the week for CRS coverage:

WKRN's Steph in the City blog is a fun source of Nashville entertainment news straight from the heart of Music City; Steph already has a pre-CRS post in place tonight, and she promises more to come...

Nashville Rage is the Nashville Tennessean entertainment magazine; both the newspaper and its magazine are likely to run pieces on CRS in the next few days.

The Country Music News section at About.com isn't the prettiest site on the net by a longshot--but they offered extensive coverage of last year's CRS, and it's safe to assume there'll be some in-depth reporting this year, as well.

And of course, CMT and GAC will be following CRS in words--and possibly on video, too. We'll be on the lookout for more media coverage...stay tuned.
