Very quick update, 1/31

Banner below created by the kind folks at BuckyCovingtonFans MySpace; click the image to visit Amazon.com and pre-order Bucky Covington's debut CD. Thanks so much!

Looks like a quiet news day is at hand--but past history has shown that days that start off quietly can often end with a bang! Bucky's promo radio tour for "A Different World" resumes again on 2/6 at Kix106 in Memphis, where his official site has him listed for the morning show.

The Mediabase charts look about the same this morning as they did last night; Bucky's holding steady on the Top 500 at #43, and #44 on the weighted "with year"chart.

And in online radio news, a note about Brandy's DJ debut at Remix Brodcasting--it's happening tonight! Brandy-wine's 9 @ 9 will feature the music of her Top 9 Favorite Idols; Bucky and many of the other great singers with Idol roots will be featured on the show. Check it out tonight at 9 ET--and if you're in the market for a great authorized Bucky T-shirt straight outta Rockingham, Brandy and her family can help you with that as well--visit BSTees for a bit of wearable Bucky Covington history. Enjoy the show!

As always, be sure to drop WKML a note at country@wkml.com and request Bucky for tonight's "Top 5 at 6"; he's on a winning streak there, and it sure would be fun to see it continue.

Will the news pick up later today? "Yes" is a pretty safe bet, y'all. More soon!

  4. You and me both, Kathy--sigh. It would be wonderful to have unlimited charity/concert/wandering funds! But I have a feeling lots of money will be raised for a beautiful cause, and that's the main thing. :)
