(Bucky Covington photo by HeatherLovesAI of Idolforums.)
As you might have guessed, the news machine is pretty quiet so far today; everyone's out shopping, traveling, or recovering from a big, big holiday dinner. Bucky's single is still said to be slated for a post-Christmas release; too late for holiday gifting, but an excellent "Happy '07" option. Meanwhile, if there's a fellow Bucky fan on your list, the fine folks at Broad Street Tees are still offering four of the classic authorized/licensed Bucky Covington T-shirt designs--a great stocking stuffer for those who haven't already snagged a couple.
And over at the Fox boards, the interesting post about Bucky's new songs has been augmented by another one about the very cool song list from an impromptu jam at his friend (and accomplished musician/sometimes bandmate) Ducky Medlock's birthday bash. Talk about a intriguing musical mix...wow. (Anyone else convinced that no matter what the critics are expecting from this CD, their expectations--and maybe ours--are going to be blown quite neatly and pleasantly out of the water? Honestly, I can't wait to hear this album...) Edited to add a belated thanks to ogopogo for finding that older post.
Off to run more errands--have a great afternoon, and I'll see you tonight!
