More from Workplay (and Sawyer Brown)

Click here for a link to Gray Charles' post at MJ's--he's busy uploading his awesome photos of last night's Taylor Hicks/LMBO shindig even as I type. (Yep, that is quite a distinctive hat Bucky's sporting, there. Is that a sleep-deprived but happy looking bunch of guys, or what?)

And at TWoP, news from the
Big Valley Jamboree--during a radio interview from the festival this weekend, Mark Miller of Sawyer Brown mentioned that he'd "likely be working with Bucky Covington"--the TWoP poster adds that there could be some possible producing in the works. Sounds like we might have some more good musical news to celebrate soon. (Is it August 25th yet?)

(I really am going to bed, now--there'll likely be much more in the way of recaps, photos and general memories next post...)

Love your format of having the body of your blog next to the sites rather than at the bottom..I am afraid a lot of people just read the sites and miss your beautiful pictures and words..of course, I am using a new browser so maybe it is just showing it differently. I keep sending people your way..tonight I go to Birmingham for the AI concert!!!!

  4. Hey, Kathy--yep, that SC hat is the coolest chapeau this side of that awesome cowboy hat. :) Check your email in about 5. min or so--looking forward to it!

And hi, Buckyflowers...tonight's Birmingham concert is going to be incredible! Have an amazing time, and I'm looking forward to reading all about it on the boards. And a million thanks for sending people here--that's very kind of you!

You bring up a good point about the format--it's just a slighly altered basic Blogger template, and the links list goes alongside the text by default. I'm really okay with people using it as a site-resource if they want--heaven knows I do rattle on sometimes. :) If they're looking for info on Bucky and I don't have it handy, I want them to find it and to support him, especially as Idol becomes part of the rear-view and his first CD is on its way. But you're right--somewhere down the line, I might start up with a new layout and see how it goes. (I'm using Firefox--please let me know if you're having trouble viewing everything here in your new browser!)

    Enjoy that show tonight! :)
