An important note

This morning's Richmond County Daily Journal features a touching story written by R. Shawn Lewis--Donnie Forbis of Southern Thunder (a prominent Rockingham singer/songwriter/guitarist and a former bandmate of Bucky's) will soon have two songs and a possible interview in rotation on Sirius Satellite Radio's "The Good Life" show with the help of the Dream Foundation, which grants the wishes of terminally ill adults. From the interview with Mr. Forbis:

"Melanoma is a killer. There’s no cure for it," he said Monday afternoon. "I can’t express enough what people need to do about staying out of the sun and tanning beds, as well as using proper sun protection.

I want that out there. I know people don’t take that threat serious enough. It’s amazing what one little mole can do."
