Lazy Monday

It is quiet out there.

Mondays are usually far too peaceful--the major media pretty much take a break from Idol reporting, the non-snarky Bucky boards are busy trading recipes and sharing blinkies and generally getting ready/nervous/excited about the big day ahead, the snarkier boards are doing what they do best (y'all know who you are) and the rest of the world is...wait, there's a rest of the world?

In general Idol buzz, the "Idol Informant" theme spoiler list has taken on a life of its own. (Whether or not it has anything to do with reality--beyond the already announced themes--is another story.) The funniest discussion is happening at TWoP, where some of the suggested "Idols covering Idols" selections cracked us up...

Sigh. With so little actual news to report, how about a little voting inspiration?

If you haven't gone to this extensive Idol gallery yet, you're missing out on a must-have bookmark. All the pro photos from the semi-finals forward are there, including many shots of Bucky before the dark lighting of the Big Stage took over. Bucky Country has a fine gallery as well, among lots of other goodies. And if anyone knows where to find the shots from the photoshoot captured in our borrowed screencap, please send a link--asap!
