Bucky Covington strolls the stage in Wallingford, Connecticut earlier this week; enjoy a whole set of beautiful concert photos by the talented Beesims at Flickr. Thanks again, Beesims!
Bucky Covington's working weekend wraps up tonight with a show at the Summit Arena in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he and his band will join Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan for another wild Throttle Wide Open party. (Last-minute seats might be available here.) Friday night's show at the BJCC got a quick review in Mary Colurso's Birmingham News/AL.com blog. We're hoping to see some fresh concert shots from last night at the WZZK photo gallery soon, so keep checking back...
Chart news: Bucky's single, "It's Good to Be Us", starts Saturday at #11 on the Mediabase weighted and Top 500 charts--weekends are always an excellent time to plump up the bullets. (Between the countdown boost and our requests, those bullets should look much better come Monday.)Upcoming shows: If you like Bucky and his band as openers, you'll love them as headliners! Wednesday, April 9th, they'll play the Williamson County Pavilion in Marion, Illinois. Get your ticket online at www.wcpavilion.com, or buy locally at Black Diamond Harley Davidson in Marion, Clayship Guitars in Carbondale and Main Street Records in Mount Vernon.
On the tube and around the net: Midask9's review of last night's conference call--complete with another of her stunning photos--is a fun way to start the day, so be sure to stop in at It's Good to Be Us. And over at The Covington Times, you'll find a beautiful concert shot by Pizzi, a quick chart check, a look back at some sweet history, and a striking Idol-era image of Bucky wearing a cowboy hat. (Have I mentioned that I kinda miss the hat? All righty, then...)
We're hoping for some beautiful fan photos from Jackson and Birmingham as the weekend rolls on--radio station photos are terrific, but Bucky's talented supporters really capture that live excitement! We'll keep an eye out--and if you find any, feel free to share the links.

"It's Good to Be Us" really needs an extra-hearty countdown hug from you, too--vote at GAC Top 20 Country Countdown and at CMT's Top 20 Countdown.More later!
