Bucky Covington's "It's Good to Be Us" is #13 on both the Mediabase weighted and Top 500 charts. (We love those sweet weekend surges--keep requesting, and watch for an exciting week ahead...)

Thanks to Buckyflowers for this very kind heads-up in comments:
"Join Lia Thursday, Mar. 27th, as she features Bucky Covington in the Artist Spotlight." (You can also call Lia at 1 800 577-7LIA--bet she and her staff would love hearing from Bucky's fans...) Edited to add--the front page at Lia's site says Bucky's in the spotlight on Tuesday, and the Artist Spotlight page says he's in the spotlight on Thursday--best bet is to listen both nights and be ready for a good time! Lia also has a MySpace; audio snippets from her show have been known to turn up there, so be sure to stop in later this week...)

And another fun note comes from an anonymous commenter today--if you heard Bob Kinglsley's Country Top 40 this morning, you heard Bucky's single introduced with a funny prelude about his dislike of cheese. (Number 15 was apparently a cheese-free zone this morning...) CT40 also has a message board, and there's a new Bucky Covington topic right up top today, just in case y'all wanted to chime in and say hi...

Upcoming shows: Here's a reminder about tomorrow's big night in Nashville--the second annual Danielle Peck & Friends Benefit Concert, a benefit for the Safe Haven Family Shelter, takes place Monday, March 24th at The Mercy Lounge. Advance tickets, $10, are available at Ticket Web, and tickets will be $13 at the door. A very limited number of VIP tickets are available at TicketWeb for $40. These tickets include VIP seating, a Meet & Greet with Danielle, a photo op, access to the Green Room, an event t-shirt and 2 drink tokens. This is an 18 years and up show, and all proceeds from the concert will benefit the Safe Haven Family Shelter. Hope you can be there!

Bucky rejoins Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan for the Throttle Wide Open tour on Thursday, March 27th at the Broome Arena in Binghampton, NY; tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster. (Tickets for most of Dierks Bentley's Throttle Wide Open dates are available now at Ticketmaster--check Dierks' official website for details on non-Ticketmaster events. )

Something different and very lovely--Bucky Covington's performance of "Hometown" is combined with city scenes from Las Cruces, New Mexico in this beautiful montage by Buckymouse. Enjoy!

On the tube and around the net: Holiday greetings and beautiful photos await you at The Covington Times and It's Good to Be Us today, and Bucky's MySpace contest took the day off--but you'll want to be back tomorrow at 12:30 ET for the next quiz question and all the fun! (While you're surfing, stop in at the Bucky Truck Stop, where Sunscreen's posted a holiday surprise that's sure to put a smile on your face--then go back a page to catch up on the Bucky-related fun...)
