The 2008 CMT Music Awards: 17 days to vote (and some ways to win your way in...)

Looking for a way to get to the 2008 CMT Music Awards in April? If you're a fast dialer and a loyal listener, your chance for a free trip to Nashville and the ceremonies could be as close as your local radio station. Here's a quick look at a few "win a trip" contests we found around the net:

KIZN in Boise is offering a free trip to the 2008 CMT Music Awards for one lucky listener; the contest details are here. (If you like Bucky and Jo Dee Messina, you'll love this one--along with the trip, you'll get a meet and greet and lunch with Jo Dee, too.) Listen to win all week long; the winner will be chosen from all qualifying finalists on Friday, March 28, 2008.

KIX 102.5 in Joplin, MO has a music trivia contest in progress--listen in and answer to qualify for a tickets to the mosh pit at the CMT Music Awards, three nights at the Homewood Suites, and $200 in gas money. The details are here, and the winner will be drawn on Friday at 4:20 p.m. Good luck!

WGAR in Cleveland has a trip to the CMT Music Awards as a grand prize for those who qualify this week--be the ninth caller at 8, 1 and 4 p.m. and your name goes into a drawing for the trip to Nashville and a digital camera. More details are here, and the winner will be announced on Monday, March 31.
